Surrender of premises licence / club premises certificate
Only the premises licence holder can surrender a premises licence. You can do so by notifying us in writing by email to licensing@southribble.gov.uk. You should return your licence to us or give an explanation as to why you are unable to.
You should return your old licence to: South Ribble Borough Council Licensing Team, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 1DH
