Notification of changes to rules or details of a club premises certificate
The club secretary must notify us within 28 days of any change to the club's rules. You will need to return your old certificate to us and pay the fee of £10.50. You will need to call us on 01772 625625 to make payment of the prescribed fee.
You should return your old certificate to: South Ribble Borough Council Licensing Team, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 1DH
Please email licensing@southribble.gov.uk to notify us of any changes to rules or details of a club premises certificate.
You will receive a new certificate with the changes.
