Mayor of South Ribble takes the plunge for charity
The Mayor of South Ribble, Paul Wharton Hardman BEM, and his Consort, Chris Wharton-Hardman, are set to take on a thrilling challenge to support St Catherine’s Hospice.
On Saturday 23 August, they will be participating in a skydive from a height of 11,000 feet to raise much needed funds for the hospice.
St Catherine's Hospice provides care and support to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. The Mayor and his Consort's daring leap aims to bring attention to the hospice's mission and encourage the community to contribute to this worthy cause.
Mayor Paul Wharton Hardman expressed his excitement about the upcoming event: "This skydive is a unique opportunity to support St Catherine's Hospice and the incredible work they do. We hope our leap of faith will inspire others to donate and help us make a significant impact."
