If you would like to invite the Mayor to an event you should download and complete a Mayor booking form and return it to us by email to mayor@southribble.gov.uk or call 01772 625542.
The Mayor has a very busy diary so please give as much notice as possible with a minimum of 2 weeks. Please include details of your event including the date, time and venue.
