The residents' parking permit scheme is operated and administered by Lancashire County Council.
Apply for or renew a residents parking permit on the Lancashire County Council website or contact them on 0300 123 6713 or email parking@lancashire.gov.uk.
The residents' parking permits for the following areas will still be processed by South Ribble Borough Council:
- Cann Bridge Street car park, Higher Walton
- Victoria Road car park, Walton-le-Dale
- East Street car park, Leyland
