New food waste caddy delivery
Food waste collection starter packs are being delivered from Monday 16 February 2026.
We aim to complete all deliveries by 3 April 2026.
You should receive:
- a small, 7-litre kitchen caddy
- a larger, 23-litre outdoor caddy
- 2 rolls of liners for your kitchen caddy
- an instruction leaflet
Delivery progress update
We will start to deliver caddies from 16 February and all homes should have had thiers by 3 April.
We'll share a list of areas/streets that have been completed here.
If your street is not yet listed, you should receive your starter pack soon and there is no need to contact us.
