- emergency contact whilst children are with us
- contact parents/carers about bookings if required

- share anonymously with funders to continue to access funding to provide the service.

What sort of information we may hold about you
The personal Data that we hold includes information such as;
- Name
- Child’s Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Child’s DOB
- Free School Meal Status
- Child Ethnicity
- Details of any disabilities
- Details of any medical conditions
- Details of any allergies.
How long we may keep your personal information
Your information will be held electronically on the Bikeability app managed by the Bikeability Trust for the duration leading up to and your child completing the Bikeability Training. Your information will be held securely and treated confidentially. All identifiable data is removed from the system upon completion of the training.
Who we share your personal data with
No data is shared with external bodies.
The council has a duty to protect the public funds it administers and may use the information you have provided or share it with other bodies for the purpose of preventing and detecting fraud. This includes participation in the cabinet offices National fraud Initiative.
We may share your information for the lawful purpose of the prevention and detection of crime under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
