On Thursday 20 March 2025, a new customer portal, MyCouncil, will launch.
The new portal will provide improved functionality and an enhanced customer experience, delivering more efficient interactions and quicker resolutions with the council.
When you sign in or register for MyCouncil, you will be able to:
- report a wide range of issues within the borough
- view information for your address such as bin collections, councillors and more
- view your Council Tax details
- view your Housing Benefit details
- update your contact details
Creating an account
From Thursday 20 March 2025 you will need to register for a new MyCouncil account. The previous customer portal (MyAccount) will no longer be active from this date.
If you currently have a MyAccount profile with account activity within the last 12 months, you will receive an email from us inviting you to register for a new MyCouncil account on Thursday 20 March.
Alternatively you can register for a MyCouncil account now.
If you have previously created cases or requested services via your old account, you will not need to raise this case again. Previous cases will still be dealt with to completion.
