- This prize draw is open to residents who have signed up to receive Council Tax paperless bills by midnight on Monday 30 June 2025.
- The council reserves the right to extend the prize draw closing date until sufficient residents have signed up to receive Council Tax paperless bills to cover the cost of this prize draw campaign.
- All residents who have signed up to receive Council Tax paperless bills will automatically be entered into a prize draw.
- The prize draw will be held within 7 days of the closing date when the council will choose 1 winner at random.
- Sign-ups for paperless billing after midnight on Monday 30 June 2025 will be accepted but may not be eligible for this prize draw
- The council does not accept responsibility for paperless billing sign-ups that are lost or delayed
- There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. The council reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
- Employees of the council and councillors (and their immediate family) are excluded from this prize draw. Spouses, children and parents are considered to be immediate family.
- The winner must accept the prize within 28 days of notification or a redraw will take place
- We will not use the winner’s personal data in any publicity information without their consent
