Lancashire County Council (LCC) provide support grants for care leavers (aged 18 to 25) who:
- are living independently
- are liable for Council Tax
- satisfy LCC's qualifying conditions.

Alternatively, please contact Lancashire County Council on 0300 123 6720 to request a Council Tax grant as you are a care leaver. A personal adviser will then arrange to see you to check if you are eligible for the grant.
