- This prize draw is open to residents who complete our customer satisfaction survey between 15 January 2026 and midnight on 1 April 2026.
- The council reserves the right to extend the prize draw closing date if required.
- All eligible residents who complete the survey during this period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
- The prize draw will be held within 7 days of the closing date when the council will choose 1 winner at random.
- There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. The council reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Employees of the council and councillors (and their immediate family) are excluded from this prize draw. Spouses, children and parents are considered to be immediate family.
- The winner must accept the prize within 28 days of notification or a redraw will take place.
- We will not use the winner’s personal data in any publicity information without their consent
