This prize draw is open to residents who complete our customer satisfaction survey between 15 January 2026 and midnight on 1 April 2026.
The council reserves the right to extend the prize draw closing date if required.
All eligible residents who complete the survey during this period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
The prize draw will be held within 7 days of the closing date when the council will choose 1 winner at random.
There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. The council reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Employees of the council and councillors (and their immediate family) are excluded from this prize draw. Spouses, children and parents are considered to be immediate family.
The winner must accept the prize within 28 days of notification or a redraw will take place.
We will not use the winner’s personal data in any publicity information without their consent
