Who are MakeMyHouseGreen?
MakeMyHouseGreen are an independent company that have worked with other organisations, including Nationwide Building Society, Richmond Council and Cotswold Council.
MakeMyHouseGreen has a free online solar calculator that can show you how many panels you could fit on your roof, how much they may cost and how much you could potentially save on your bills.
There is an online platform that lets you follow the process from your first estimate through to installation. After your system is installed, you can use it to check how your panels are performing.
MakeMyHouseGreen uses carefully checked local installers, uses good-quality equipment with good warranties and has relevant levels of insurance.
The council has negotiated the scheme for the whole borough, so eligible households, community buildings and businesses can get £600 off MakeMyHouseGreen’s usual installation cost.
